ok the one exception i would make on this rule is if Anna made me one - because that has the potential to be amazing - otherwise FORBIDDEN
One time, I made one like this, but with teal, dark blue, and magenta strips of fabric. Even at 12 - CUTTING EDGE FASHION.
i wouldn't even consider that a scrunchie. MAGIC HAIR BOW is its official title in my mind!
